• Weapons — even with a permit, violation is a felony (California Penal Code 12020-12040)
• Beverages — exceptions will be made for specialty drinks such as baby formula

By purchasing this admission badge or entering onto the grounds of a PGA TOUR sanctioned tournament, you assume all risk and danger incidental to the game of golf and release PGA TOUR sanctioned tournaments and competitions and their host sites, title sponsors, host organizations, PGA TOUR, Inc., participating players, and all agents thereof from any and all liabilities resulting from such cases. You grant permission to PGA TOUR, Inc., to utilize your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of any PGA TOUR event you attend. You acknowledge and agree that PGA TOUR owns all media rights (now existing and to be developed) associated with the PGA TOUR Event, and, as such you agree not to transmit or facilitate transmission of any account, description, picture, or reproduction of any PGA TOUR Event, including, without limitation, scoring-related data, without the specific advance written permission of PGA TOUR. For security purposes, you hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Tournament, which inspection may include, without limitation, metal detection. Any misconduct, illegal activity, intoxication, use of illegal substance, or violations of any rule or instruction of the tournament is prohibited and shall be grounds for you to be removed from the premises and prosecuted, if applicable. You agree that you shall not seek autographs of players in order to sell such autographs, and you shall not pay another person to obtain an autograph for you. You agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the PGA TOUR and the Tournament, and a violation of these rules and regulations can be cause for forfeiture of your ticket and removal from the Tournament. Prohibited items and restrictions include cameras (allowed Monday through Wednesday only), coolers, firearms, etc. Resale of this badge is not permitted. All mobile phones, PDA’s, etc. must be on silent and must be used in accordance with the posted Mobile Device Policy. This badge cannot be used in a promotion or offered as a prize without permission from PGA TOUR. Host Organization and PGA TOUR, Inc. reserve the right to revoke this badge and cancel all privileges connected therein. It is unlawful to reproduce this badge. No refunds or exchanges. Violation of the following will result in immediate removal without any warning:
1. Refusal to obey quiet signs and signals.
2. Distracting or embarrassing a player or family member.
3. Making rude, vulgar or other inappropriate comments or gestures toward a player.
4. Booing or cheering at inappropriate times.
